Practice in Quick Races, get familiarized with the course, then compete against some really tough the competition and win the race to unlock a new track and get money for new cars.
Nitro Racers is a free racing game. It includes two modes: Competition and Quick race. In Competition mode, you complete all races one by one, passing by checkpoints until the time is up. You also earn points per race that you can later use to buy new cars. On the contrary, in the Quick race mode, you simply practice the races with neither time limits, nor points. It helps you know the tracks to win in the Competition mode. It would be great if you could also select the tracks to play in this mode, and not go in the same order as the other mode, so you can practice only the tracks that give you more trouble.
The game is very challenging and fast-paced. If you are a beginner, you better practice hard before playing the Competition mode, or you will get frustrated as I did. I couldn't get past the second checkpoint.
Regarding the graphics, they are very detailed and attractive. Also, sound effects are good and the music is suitable, but a bit repetitive.
All in all, Nitro Racers is a nice racing game, which is challenging, but includes only a few customization options.
